It says “free for personal use” does this mean we can use it commercially?

I use is where ever i like. If someone makes a font not to be used for projects. no point in making a font.

Actually if it says “free for personal use” it normally means that you can not use it commercially without asking the author’s permission – that’s the point of this license, otherwise you could just write “free”.
Me personally (I’m the designer of High Voltage; thanks for including it here btw!), I’m a big fan of the sharing mentality you find so often on the internet, but I also like to get a little piece of the cake if someone is making money with my work, which is why I publish all my fonts under a free for personal use license. But it’s of course impossible to control the use of a font once it is released, so I rely on the goodwill of users there…
So, @Creative Director: “Free for personal use” does not mean “only for personal use”; it means “free for personal use, for commercial use please contact the designer”.
